We are currently looking for a Business to Business Development Representative to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships in the market. To introduce our full-service staffing solutions nationwide, we need a professional who knows how to prospect, connect, and network.

The Business Dev Representative will be a proactive and integral member of our team, identifying growth opportunities for clients before a need or gap has been stated. This level of foresight and meticulous analysis is what will take our company confidently into the future.

Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to cold calling, setting appointments, in-person appointments, marketing, and follow-ups. Will bid for staffing projects through bidding portals. And attend networking luncheons and events.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys prostpecting new business opportunities, someone looking for a flexible schedule, and who has an entrepreneurial spirit!

Job Type: Full-time/ Hybrid
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: DOE + Commission & Performance Bonus and monthly cell phone stipend

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous staffing and/ or familiar with full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred)

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role with lead generating responsibilities

· Experience with managing multiple accounts while prospecting for new opportunities

· Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services

· Proficiency with Salesforce and an aptitude for learning new systems

· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects

Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
